Gurcharan has worked 18 years in agriculture, retail, civil service, electronic and computer network industry prior to insurance and financial services consulting. Gurcharan has degrees in economics and system engeering. Presently Gurcharan is also serving on redevelop and relocation agency commission in city of Fremont. Gurcharan is deeply involved in community service  project  March of Dime and Guru Nanak Marathon. Hobby half marathon running and analizing presidential race.
